THE GO GREEN HEALTH PLAN

Are you tired of being tired?
Are you stressed from being stressed?
Do you want a way to stay mentally and physically healthy
and feel better every day?

I think I have the answer - the Go Green Health Plan; a key
ingredient to my
Get Your Green On Healthy Philosophy. It seems
our society is suffering from an epidemic of stress-related illness:
obesity, heart disease, anxiety-related disorders, cancers and
more.  People are dying from stress, mental illness, and lack of
better physical health.

According to the medical community increasing serotonin level is
one of the ways to feel better every day, my health plan teaches
people how to get started with that and expands on the idea that
regular physical effort is very important for sustaining improved
health.

Stress, poor health, sedentary lifestyles, lack of sunlight and
inappropriate vitamins as well as poor eating habits all contribute
to a lack of energy - I am here to help increase your energy levels
so you can feel well regularly and cope more easily with stress.

The very basics of the
Go Green Health Plan are outlined below
for your review. You can purchase
Gardening Nude to learn the
how's and why's of the health plan in more detail and read
success stories of other people who have changed their lifestyles
and improved their health - they are living better - you can too!

The "Go Green Health Plan" Condensed:

•  Exercise aerobically, preferably outdoors in the garden
or nature, for at least twenty minutes every- day, breathing
deeply. (Walking seems to be the best aerobic exercise
during the Winter season.)

•  Expose yourself to daylight without sunglasses for
twenty minutes everyday

•  Take multi-vitamins (with B vitamins included)

•  Eat nutritionally between
three and five meals/snacks every- day spaced apart as
evenly as possible.  Be sure these
meals are small to moderate, organic if possible, and have
some form of a high-quality, low fat protein and “whole-
grain” carb

•  Get regular massage – from a family member, a friend or
a professional

•  Regularly do helpful things for others and/or for the
community and environment (start with conservation in
your own back yard)
